St Michael’s enjoyed the last day for our P7 pupils with a special mass celebrated by Fr Kerr. The theme of the mass was not the fact that our P7s are leaving rather we celebrated the special friendships which have been built up over seven years. The primary 7s read the prayers, readings, offertory, music and two girls served. After the mass the P7s served their parents tea back in the school. This was followed by a Powerpoint from the pupils before Mr White thanked them all for the wonderful year we had. The children then wrote messages on balloons before releasing them into the sky. After the signing of tee-shirts the pupils said emotional farewells to the younger pupils. We wish them all the best in the future and they will always be welcomed back.
