Our Primary 7 pupils celebrated the sacrament of Confirmation in Clady. A beautiful ceremony celebrated by Fr Greg saw the pupils from both Clady and Foley primary schools receive the Holy Spirit. Prior to the ceremony the pupils from the parish went to Benburb Priory for a retreat in preparation for Confirmation.

The staff attended training with Rosmary Harper on the use of building Lego as a learning activity. The session was both challenging and enjoyable with all staff agreeing the activity would be beneficial for pupils. We will be putting Rosemary’s ideas to good use in the new school year.

Congratulations to Charlie who did fantastically well in the Easter Raffle.
The Eco school committee recently planted two trees in the school grounds. The trees were presented by CAIRDE SHLIABH FUAIT, a local cultural group set up to promote Irish language, cultural andhistorical interest in our area. The following link will take you to their website.www.sliabhfuait.com.

Congratulations to Aoife Murphy who played during the halftime of the All Ireland Ladies Final. Big moment for any Gael to play on the Croke Park pitch. Let’s hope we see her back there in the future helping Armagh to victory.
St Michaels were runners up to Clea PS in the Transition Cup final. Both the boys and girls teams put up excellent challenges and are proud of our displays.
