Fr Greg has launched his “Soup Kitchen Appeal” for the homeless and St Vincent de Paul. The school is supporting the project and has created a collection point for donations in the entrance hall. All donations will be collected on Fri 13th Dec.

A season for giving and forgiving. Fr Gregg was in school to hear the children’s Christmas confessions. Afterwards he spoke to the pupils about remembering the true meaning of Christmas then the P7 Council members presented him with a hamper to be donated to the Keady Saint Vincent de Paul Society.
Each year at St Michael’s PS we hold a fundraiser to give something back to communities in need. This year at Halloween we are fundraising for “Ellen’s Journey” to help Ellen raise the much-needed funds to make her journey to America for treatment. We would greatly appreciate your support. Today our School Council made a very kind and generous decision to donate one of our Christmas Raffle Hampers to Saint Vincent de Paul so that someone less fortunate can benefit this Christmastime. They have upheld the true spirit of Christmas – well done boys & girls
