St Michael’s PS hosted the annual Parish Nativity & Carol Service in St Michael’s Church on 11th December. Pupils & their families from all 3 Primary Schools celebrated the true meaning of Christmas and enjoyed carols sung beautifully by the children. The P7 pupils from St Michael’s performed a simple & beautiful Nativity for everyone.

A season for giving and forgiving. Fr Gregg was in school to hear the children’s Christmas confessions. Afterwards he spoke to the pupils about remembering the true meaning of Christmas then the P7 Council members presented him with a hamper to be donated to the Keady Saint Vincent de Paul Society.
We had a very special delivery today, all the way from the North Pole! Elfie the Elf has finally arrived in P4/5 and we are all very excited to have him in our classroom this month.

Today our School Council made a very kind and generous decision to donate one of our Christmas Raffle Hampers to Saint Vincent de Paul so that someone less fortunate can benefit this Christmastime. They have upheld the true spirit of Christmas – well done boys & girls

Yesterday at The Market Place Theatre both young and old were treated to a most entertaining production of Sleeping Beauty. We had some tired little faces on the way home, a certain sign of a good day out!
