A very exciting morning for Mrs McParland’s P1s, P2s and P3s. They wrote letters to Santa and posted them in the post box in the school. They also had hot chocolate in the igloo prepared by Marie and Claire. An enjoyable morning for the children indeed.

As part of National Science Week celebrations Primary 3 and Primary 4 travelled to the Navan Centre in Armagh and took part in The Science of Bubbles Show. It was great fun with lots of opportunities for the children to get involved with the activities.
The school came alive today with a range of characters entering the doors to celebrate World Book Day. Each class undertook age appropriate activities and after much deliberation among staff, some prizes were awarded for these. A big ‘Thank you’ goes to everyone at home who supported their children in providing some really fantastic costumes….
