In October, our school received daffodil and crocus bulbs, pots, a rain gauge and a thermometer through the Edina Trust Spring Bulb Project. Since then, the P4/5 class have been carefully recording daily rainfall and temperature readings and sending their results to the Edina Trust each Friday.
Pupils planted their bulbs back in October and were delighted to discover that they had finally flowered this week. The class measured the height of both the daffodils and the crocuses and recorded the results in their project charts.
The final step will be choosing where these beautiful spring flowers will be displayed around our school grounds for everyone to enjoy.💚🤍
