2017/18, Children in Need Fundraiser

One of our Primary 5 pupils, Conor Ferris showed great initiative last week. He asked Mr White if he could try to raise money for Children in Need by selling ducks in the Big Duck Race. There was lots of buzz as children decided on which duck they liked the look of or which name sounded like a safe £2 wager. At 1pm on Friday the race took place. Sean South GAC will be holding indoor games in the hall to promote physical activity for children during the dark evenings. The first sessions will involve indoor soccer and will start on Tuesday 19thNovember. P1-P4 kids are on 7-8pm, P5-P7 are 8-9pm with a £1 cover charge. Halloween in P1 & P2 Primary 1 and 2 held a very spooky Halloween party day. The children have been taking part in a variety of Halloween activities such as designing their own pumpkins, carving our very own class pumpkin named 'Slimy', designing witches hats and making our very own chocolate apples topped with sprinkles and marshmallows.
